The FG170 Z is equipped with one abrasive belt head (Z).

The FG170 ZK combines an abrasive belt head (Z) with a brush unit (K).

FG170 2Z = 2 abrasive belt heads, or
FG170 2ZK = 2 abrasive belt heads + 1 brush head
Other configurations can be selected according to customer requirements.

Abrasive Belt Head:
Used for processing the surface during the grinding process of square tubes and flat profile elements – removes severe defects and burrs.

Brush Head:
Final finishing after grinding – provides the surface with a smooth and uniform finish.

The FG170 guarantees high and consistent quality when processing stainless steel square tubes and flat profiles, tube by tube.

Abrasive Belt Change:
Abrasive belt change in a few seconds, tool-free.

Fixed Working Height:
FG machines offer a fixed working height. Adjustment for different material thicknesses is made via the vertical movement of the processing stations, so there is no need to modify the roller table at the infeed.
