Thanks to their higher weight, they apply greater pressure to the workpieces and deliver excellent grinding performance. Compared to plastic media, ceramic grinding media are significantly more durable and cost-efficient.

Choosing the right media requires configuring for optimal grinding performance, surface finish, geometry, and size.

- Triangles & Triangle-Angle Cut (D & DS): Excellent for deburring due to their edges and also reach many complex areas on workpieces.

- Tridents (DZ): Reach difficult-to-access spots, such as grooves or gearwheels.

- Cylinders & Cylinder-Angle Cut (Z & ZS): Their round shape delivers uniform surface treatment, ideal for polishing processes. Their slim dimensions usually make separation easy.

- Ellipses & Ellipse-Angle Cut (E & ES): Also excellent for polishing and smoothing. Their corners allow access to deeper areas on the workpieces.
