How the system works:
The automatic core cutter allows you to cut your cardboard cores while the machine operator attends to other tasks. Through the operating panel, core length, core dimensions and the number of cores to be cut are entered. The magazine is then loaded with 2 m long cores, and by pressing the start button, the machine processes the job automatically without operator assistance or supervision.
This significantly reduces the number of different core sizes that must be kept in stock, which saves warehouse space and costs.
Our automatic core cutter features a 4-axis Bosch Rexroth servo drive. With minimal investment, all requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises are covered.
It is generally possible to accommodate your specific software requirements. Job entry can be performed via USB stick or, of course, manually through the operating panel. Orders can be saved and repeated as needed.
For optimal service, the machine is equipped with an Ethernet port for diagnostics and quick troubleshooting.
Included in the machine’s scope of delivery is a set of core adapters; additional adapter sizes are available upon request. When changing the core diameter format, the corresponding settings must be adjusted by the operator.
