Compact high-tech machine for drilling holes on all 6 sides of the panel. The machine is equipped with two operating units, one above and one below. Our drilling machine can simultaneously process panels from the "top" and "bottom." Milling operations on the upper and lower sides are possible without having to rotate the panel. Suitable for continuous operation with batches of varying sizes and models, enabling adaptation to complex production environments. High precision and efficient processing. Long carriage guides with double clamping allow for fast operation on different workpieces. Simple production management is achieved through the self-registration function. Automatic panel size detection reduces errors. Plate position adjustment is ensured via optimum automatic compensation tailored to the furniture assembly process. The air-cushion entry working surface features 2 clamps, which transport the panels. Sliding occurs on linear guides and recirculating ball bearings. Automatic unloading system to the right for automatic panel discharge. The transfer system is equipped with motorized belts, sliding on low-friction guides, mounted on a frame with mechanical release. Panel discharge is performed in the Y-direction.
