The bales are placed on the scraper floor and the feed of the tiller is switched on. The tines of the tiller tear the straw off the bale and throw it into the hopper. Ideally, the combination of bale breaker and straw shredder is used here.

Description:
muetek bale shredder is designed to shred round and square bales of hay and straw. The shredder flanged to the bale opener shreds straw from all types of grain, hay, corn and miscanthus. The muetek machines of the MHZ / MHB series are characterized by a robust design and the solid construction. This guarantees a constant quality in continuous operation.

muetek MHB series bale elevators are equipped with a chain conveyor onto which the straw bale is placed with the front loader. The support is adjustable depending on the type of bale.

The chain conveyor pushes the bale against the milling rotor, the feeding speed is adjustable. The rotor is equipped with several teeth that break the bale of straw. The straw separated from the bale is ejected.
