Includes frequency inverter (FU) – this controls the speed of the sliding floor.

The bales are placed on the sliding floor and the feed of the milling unit is started. The tines of the milling unit tear the straw from the bale and throw it into the hopper. Ideally, the bale breaker is combined here with a straw shredder.

Description:
muetek bale breaker has been developed for dissolving round and square bales of hay and straw. The shredder attached to the bale breaker shreds straw from all types of cereals, hay, maize, and miscanthus. muetek machines of the MHZ / MHB series are characterized by robust construction and heavy-duty build.

muetek bale breakers of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor on which the straw bale can be placed using a front loader. The support surface is adjustable depending on the bale type.

The chain conveyor pushes the bale against the milling rotor, with adjustable feed speed. The milling rotor is equipped with several teeth that tear up the straw bale. The straw separated from the bale is ejected.
