1) Bale Breaker MHB:

Suitable for round or square bales. Comes with frequency inverter (FU) to control the speed of the feed conveyor.

Bales are placed on the feed conveyor, and the milling process is started. The tines on the milling rotor tear the straw from the bale and throw it into the hopper. Ideally, the bale breaker is combined with the straw shredder for optimal performance.

Technical data for the bale breaker:
- Capacity: 1–2 bales per hour
- Up to a maximum of 600 kg/hour (depending on sieve size in the straw mill and kW rating). Without a straw mill, the bale breaker can process up to 900 kg/h.

Description:
The muetek bale breaker is designed for breaking up round and square bales of hay and straw. The shredder flanged to the bale breaker shreds straw from all cereals, hay, maize, and miscanthus. muetek’s MHZ / MHB machines are characterized by robust construction and heavy-duty design.

The muetek MHB series bale breakers are equipped with a chain conveyor, onto which the straw bale can be placed using a front loader. The support can be adjusted for different bale types.

The chain conveyor pushes the bale against the milling rotor; the feed rate is adjustable. The milling rotor is fitted with multiple teeth that tear open the straw bale. The separated straw is discharged.
