Mueller Martini Prima

The Müller Martini Prima is a robust and efficient saddle stitcher designed for high-quality binding applications. Manufactured in 1996, the machine is currently located in Germany. It is equipped with a feeder system consisting of four 370 feeders and a cover feeder with a capacity of 1529 sheets. The Prima stitching unit, featuring two stitching heads, ensures precise and reliable stapling operations. A Müller Martini 360 three-knife trimmer allows for accurate trimming of bound products. The delivery system, type Müller Martini CS 20, supports flexible delivery directions – both left and right. With a runtime of 25,000 hours, the Prima is a long-lasting and reliable solution for high-volume binding tasks. It handles materials up to a size of 480 x 320 mm.
