High-quality steel is used for machine production, which is cut, welded, and precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms feature additional ribbing, providing high rigidity and eliminating vibrations and deformations. DRIVES Our machine tools are powered by high-resolution and high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all directions. Power transmission is achieved through high-quality planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes are equipped with classic, proven helical racks that ensure durability and precision. CUTTING HEAD Sheet metal is cut using a water-cooled WSX head. High-quality quartz glass lenses focus the diffused laser beam onto the material being cut, delivering high cutting accuracy. For optimal operation, the HSU system adjusts the head height to accommodate material irregularities. A protective window located between the nozzle and the lens shields the lens assembly from molten metal splatter. Stable power output ensures efficient operation with low energy consumption. COOLING Industrial S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specifically designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms. EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE The exchangeable worktable, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes only 10 seconds. This allows the operator to remove cut parts and load a new sheet while the laser operates on the other table, ensuring extremely smooth production flow. AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM To keep the machine in optimal condition, the racks and guides must be oiled at least every few days. The automatic system applies lubrication at set intervals and appropriate quantities, with all parameters managed through the software.
