For picture frame and furniture mouldings with rebate: The Morsø FC cuts double mitres at 45° and single mitres up to 90°.
In craft applications, the machine is also highly suited for cutting tenons, notches, lap joints, covered mitres, etc.
The Morsø FC operates with draw-cut knives (not rotary cutting).
It cuts completely dust-free.
Cut-off waste is discharged away from the machine via a chute.
The Morsø FC is foot-pedal operated and requires neither a compressor nor electricity, i.e., the Morsø FC can be used virtually anywhere.
Morsø FC guarantees a highly smooth and precise cut, allowing mouldings to be joined without further finishing.
The horizontal movement of the knife head is adjustable in increments.
Vertical movement can be set by means of a stepless clamp.
The advantageous lever-action transmission of the foot pedal enables extremely easy operation.
Double return springs bring the knives back to their starting position.
The adjustable longitudinal stop with measuring scale ensures accurate setting for inside, outside, and rebate measurements.
Morsø F Standard, includes: safety guard, waste chute, adjustable longitudinal stop, 1500 mm measuring scale, adjustable stops (45°-90°), and adjustable support tables for rebate profiles.
Thanks to a special lever-gear mechanism, only light pressure is required.
The knives are made of premium, finest-quality hardened steel.
