The Moore jig grinding machine is equipped with grinding heads driven by air turbines. Four grinding heads are available. Pneumohydraulically controlled vertical stroke movement, continuously adjustable between 2–120 strokes at 51 mm stroke via valve. Direct reading of the measuring spindles with vernier, 0.001 mm resolution. Contour grinding, taper grinding, slot grinding, eccentric adjustment of the grinding spindle. Machine body made from Meehanite cast iron with strong internal ribbing; cross slide fully supported — no table overhang. Main spindle housing equipped with heating.
