MHG Rotary Table Indexing System / Sandblasting Machine "SMG 260"
with 6 nozzles and Siemens CNC control. The system consists of three units: the rotary table machine with Siemens CNC control, an abrasive recovery system "RGWS 510" (cyclone extractor/separation of dust and usable blasting media for re-use), and a large dust extraction unit "DUST-EX 3003 4.0kW" (filter box / filter cabinet with exhaust air).

The machine was built in 2003 and was in occasional use until about a year ago with a neighbor. I obtained it to process stainless steel parts (approx. 100 pcs/day, glass bead blasting) for a customer, but I did not win the contract, so the system has been unused since then.

It must be collected by the buyer. Collection and transport logistics are the buyer’s responsibility as only minimal assistance is possible on-site. My forklift is out of order, so at least two pallet trucks are required. A truck with an open bed or box body with tail-lift (at least 7.5t) is recommended. The heaviest part—the machine itself—weighs approx. 900 kg (approx. 1500x1600x2500 mm) and the other two components are lighter at approx. 250 kg each (each approx. 3000x1500x1500 mm, each on a long pallet).
