The EDM32 wire EDM machine is a precision system designed for spark erosion machining of electrically conductive materials. It is ideally suited for the production of tools, molds, and components requiring high accuracy and superior surface quality.

This machine enables efficient cutting of complex contours for both single-piece and series production. Thanks to its robust construction and well-coordinated process parameters, the EDM32 ensures high productivity and process reliability.

The machine offers angular cutting capability up to ±6°, thereby broadening its range of applications. The use of wire diameters between 0.12 and 0.25 mm allows for highly precise machining of challenging workpieces.

The EDM32 achieves a surface roughness of 1.6–2.5 Ra, minimizing the need for additional post-processing. High cutting performance and constant wire speed ensure optimal efficiency.

Its sturdy design and a maximum table load of 400 kg allow for machining of heavy workpieces without loss of accuracy.
