The simple, yet efficient and safe solution for high-speed cutting of solid bars up to 65 mm in diameter.

HIGHEST PRECISION
- The hydraulic lifting system of the bar feeder prevents the bar from touching the surface of the clamping vise during material feed, thereby protecting both the vise and bar surfaces.
- The bar feeder, which is automatically retracted after each cut, prevents the bar from touching the saw blade when the cutting head moves up. This protects the material surfaces and the carbide saw blade teeth.
- The carbide blade guide strips ensure adherence to cutting tolerances.

GUARANTEED PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE
- The saw head feed, driven by a servomotor on linear guides with preloaded ball bearings, combined with the electromagnetic clutch, minimizes mechanical vibrations during cutting and extends saw blade life.
- The feed system with a 500 mm stroke is repeatable and suitable for all lengths. It can also be folded down to facilitate feeding of irregular bars.
- The workpiece discharge system, which can be swiveled to two positions, automatically separates end pieces and scrap from finished parts, thus optimizing the production process.
