Machine Features Gsdpfx Ahsudi Uzjmobn The horizontal metal bandsaw with a swiveling arm allows perpendicular cuts as well as angled cuts in the range of 0 to 60°. Material can be fed manually or via any mechanical device, while the blade feed is automatic. The blade guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings. This greatly enhances blade tracking, blade life, cutting accuracy, and cut quality. Carbide guidance significantly reduces wear on both the machine and the blade. The machine is equipped with an efficient coolant pump with a closed circuit system. The saw arm is made from a single cast iron piece, and together with the 27 mm wide blade used in this saw, it allows reliable, repeatable serial cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vise is mounted on an adjustable bed and features a quick clamp. The blade guides are equipped with carbide plates – solid carbide inserts – and a ball bearing system.
