Model ima vrtljiv ročaj od 0° do 60°. Zasnova okvirja zagotavlja natančno in tiho delovanje. Ima odstranljiv pladenj za enostavno čiščenje! Lastnosti stroja Horizontalna kovinska tračna žaga CORMAK HBS260 z vrtljivim ročajem omogoča rezanje pravokotno na os materiala in pod poljubnim kotom v območju od 0° do 60°. Material se lahko dovaja ročno ali s pomočjo katerega koli mehaničnega pripomočka, pri čemer deluje avtomatski sistem za podajanje orodja. Vodila rezila so opremljena s posebnimi ploščami iz karbida in ležaji, ki bistveno vplivajo na vodenje rezila, življenjsko dobo, ravnost, natančnost in kakovost rezanja. Sistem vodenja iz karbida bistveno zmanjšuje obrabo stroja in rezila. Stroj je opremljen z učinkovito črpalko za hladilno tekočino in zaprtim sistemom kroženja hladilne tekočine. Ročaj žage je izdelan iz enega samega litoželeznega elementa, s 27 mm širokim rezilom pa omogoča serijsko rezanje profilov in masivnih materialov. Objemka je nameščena na nastavljivi podlagi in ima sistem za hitro spenjanje. Vodila rezila so opremljena s ploščami iz trdega kovine (karbida) in sisteme valjčnih ležajev. Ta karbidna vodila zagotavljajo natančnost in ravnost rezanja. Zgornji del podlage je oblikovan kot pladenj za odvajanje hladilne tekočine in zbiranje ostankov, ki nastanejo med rezanjem. Podlaga je opremljena z litoželezno delovno mizo z vrtljivim ročajem in nadzorno ploščo, nameščeno na ločenem ročaju. Med postopkom rezanja je glavna gibanja gibanje rezila, podajanje pa se doseže s spuščanjem ročaja. Hitrost spuščanja ročaja (hitrost rezanja) se nadzoruje s hidravličnim cilindrom.
