Mazak Integrex 100-IV

The MAZAK Integrex 100-IV is a compact and high-precision CNC turning and milling center designed for complete machining of complex workpieces in a single setup. Thanks to the combination of turning and milling functions as well as the integrated B and Y axes, the machine is particularly suitable for demanding precision parts in medical technology, mechanical engineering, and precision mechanics.

The machine was built in 2007 and is equipped with the powerful MAZATROL Matrix control system. This enables both conversational and ISO programming and offers modern features for efficient and productive manufacturing.

Technical data at a glance:

The travels are 410 mm in the X-axis, 140 mm in the Y-axis (±70 mm), and 570 mm in the Z-axis. The B-axis features a swivel range of 225°, allowing for complex 5-face machining. The main spindle's C-axis operates with a high positioning accuracy of 0.001°.

The maximum turning and swing diameter is 545 mm each.

The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 6,000 rpm with a power rating of approx. 11 kW, enabling dynamic and precise turning operations. The integrated milling spindle operates at speeds of up to 12,000 rpm with an output of approx. 5.5 kW and is ideally suited for milling, drilling, and thread cutting.

The machine features a tool changer (included) with a maximum tool length of 210 mm, as well as a Capto C6 tool holder, providing high rigidity and quick tool change times.
