The modular cutting optimization program with barcode labeling ensures maximum process reliability. The saw carriage with main and scoring saw unit runs on a hardened and ground round bar guide system. The highly precise drive with a gear and rack system ensures exceptionally smooth operation of the saw carriage at cutting speeds from 5 to 100 meters per minute. High-end cut edges are achieved through the automatic cutting height adjustment for the optimal saw blade entry angle and extremely smooth carriage movement.
