Our new cartoning machine model 90-HCI – powerful, flexible, and efficient

The new 90-HCI cartoning machine stands out with its high performance, precise product handling, and maximum efficiency – even for complex packaging tasks.

It has been specially developed for applications where multiple products or pouches are grouped and then automatically inserted into a folding carton. This makes the 90-HCI particularly well-suited for packaging lines with high throughput and a wide variety of products.

The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 90 cycles per minute.

The processable carton sizes vary depending on the grouping and arrangement of the products on the infeed conveyor:

Carton width (A): 40–310 mm
