Mathis Colorstar Junior Dyeing Machine CJ-R 8606 Laboratory Dyeing Machine

The Colorstar Type "CJ" is a single-position dyeing apparatus designed for use in in-house laboratories as well as research institutes.

Dyeing operates using the wrap-and-pack system with the extraction process, where the dye liquor is directed through the stationary material sample, with reversible flow from inside to outside or outside to inside. The built-in vacuum-pressure pump creates the desired atmosphere in the treatment chamber.

The "CJ" is especially suitable for dyeing:
- Woven and knitted fabrics on piece beams
- Yarns on cross-wound packages
- Flakes, fibers, and tops in dye baskets

The direction of liquor flow is reversible from inside to outside and vice versa, with adjustable duration.
Liquor ratio approx. 1:8 or higher.
In addition to the cylindrical full-view dyeing position made from borosilicate glass, the unit consists of the following components:
● Pressure pump for generating static pressure
● Vacuum pump for deaerating textile material
● Pressure gauge –1 to +9 bar for static pressure indication of the dye vessel
● Safety and vent valve
● Swiveling HT lid
● Port for lock connection
● System for filling, rinsing, and draining
