• Controlled via Siemens S7 PLC with Mitsubishi Beijer HMI
• Jar feed via continuous stainless steel hinged conveyor
• Jars are indexed in and out under program control through pneumatic gates
• Jars are filled by positive pressure from within a 50-liter holding tank (can easily be modified to a constant positive pressure distribution system using a modulating pump)
• Volume control via Nixon BNO turbine flow meter, communicating with Siemens high-speed counter
• Liquid can be filled into or above the jar depending on filling times
• Comprehensive SIP, CIP, and rinsing programs available
