For sale is a strip coating line. This equipment originates from insolvency assets and was successfully in operation up to the point of business closure.

Technical data & capacities:

• Material: Suitable for aluminium and stainless steel coils.
• Strip width: 80 mm up to max. 600 mm.
• Material thickness: 0.1 mm up to 2.0 mm (for aluminium).
• Speed: approx. 20 – 25 m/min.
• Coil weight: max. 3,000 kg.
• Inner diameter: 400 mm (extendable to 500 mm with supplied adapter jaws).
• Coating options: From narrow paint stripes (from 7 mm) up to full-surface coating.
• Temperature range: Oven operation at approx. 250°C.

System configuration & components:
• Entry: Expandable decoiler with height-adjustable coil transport cart (load capacity 3,000 N).
• Coating unit: Double coater for precise paint application by means of steel roller rerouting.
• Drying: Drying and burner section with two Eclipse gas burners and control panel.
• Safety & environment: FID probe for continuous monitoring of solvent concentration in the oven, incl. control unit.
• Cooling: Cooling zone with fresh air supply before the material exits the oven.
• Post-processing: Integrated slitting device for longitudinal strip cutting (incl. slitting knives and spacer rings).
• Exit: Hydraulic strip guiding, plate brake and transfer arms at the recoiler.

Scope of delivery:
• Complete system as described.
• Accessories (spacer rings, slitting knives, adapter jaws).

Inspection & handling:
• Condition: Used, fully functional until last shutdown.
• Location: Wuppertal.
• Dismantling/Transport: Dismantling and removal are to be carried out by the buyer at their own expense.
• Invoice: You will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown.
