Manroland R 504 OB +LV

The Manroland Roland 504-L is a high-performance four-colour sheetfed offset printing press. Manufactured in 2003, it is currently in operation at a print shop in Germany. With a format of 520 x 740 mm and an output of 170 million impressions, this machine is designed for demanding production environments with high print volumes.

The Roland 504-L is equipped with a coating unit for added flexibility and features semi-automatic plate changing (PPL) for fast job turnaround. Automatic format adjustment and nonstop feeder and delivery systems ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. The press is also fitted with automatic washing devices for ink rollers, blankets, and impression cylinders, simplifying maintenance and enhancing productivity.

Advanced features such as inking unit temperature control (Tempcontrol NT3), powder spray device (Hitronic-S Grafix), and dampening solution refrigeration (Technotrans) ensure consistent print quality and optimal operating conditions. The integrated Grafix IR dryer further increases drying efficiency, making this machine a comprehensive solution for high-quality, high-speed printing.
