Malvern Mastersizer 2000 Liquid Particle Size Analyzer with Hydro 2000S Module.

The Hydro 2000S module can circulate between 50 ml and 150 ml of liquid. Variable pump/mixer speed ensures suspension and circulation of particles of different sizes and densities, while the variable-power ultrasonic system allows for the dispersion of particle agglomerates.

The Mastersizer 2000 measures the particle size distribution in a sample and displays the results on a computer as a graph. Measurement takes place as particles pass between the detector array and the laser source.
