Die 9D715US Maschine verfügt über eine Kassettenbreite von nur 27 mm – Bestwert in ihrer Klasse. • Für das Auswuchten von V-förmigen Kurbelwellen kann die Maschine mit Gegengewichten (variabel) ausgestattet werden, um das Gewicht der Pleuel zu simulieren. MESSEN UND STEUERN • Wir erleichtern das Auswuchten – der Hauptvorteil unserer Auswuchtsysteme. • Der Auswuchtvorgang wird in Echtzeit auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt und das Laufverhalten der Unwucht überwacht, um das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erzielen. • Das Messsystem für das Auswuchten bietet zusätzliche, für Kurbelwellen wichtige Funktionen: - Rechnet die Unwuchtmasse unter Berücksichtigung des Bohrdurchmessers und der zulässigen Bohrtiefe in die Bohrtiefe um. - Die Unwucht wird auf mehrere Korrekturebenen umgerechnet, sodass die Korrektur auch auf benachbarten Gegengewichten der Kurbelwelle erfolgen kann.
