This model features a swivel arm from 0 to 60°, with carbide guides for the saw blade. The frame design ensures precise and quiet operation. Machine Characteristics The horizontal band saw for metal with a pivoting arm allows for perpendicular cutting to the axis of the material or at any angle within a 0–60° range. The material can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while tool feed is automatic. The blade guides are fitted with special carbide and bearing inserts, which greatly influence blade guidance, its service life, straightness, accuracy, and cutting quality. Carbide guiding significantly reduces wear on the machine and blade. The machine is equipped with a powerful coolant pump in a closed-loop system. The arms of the saw are made of one-piece cast iron and, combined with a 27 mm wide cutting blade, enable high-volume series cutting for both profiles and solid materials.
