Stanje: zelo dobro (rabljeno), Leto izdelave: 2016, Funkcionalnost: popolnoma funkcionalen, Rex RKS 85 | Sausage Hanging and Twisting System Manufacturer: REX Technologie GmbH & Co. KG Model / Type: RKS 85 Serial Number: 2130216 Year of Manufacture: 2016 Power Supply: 400 V / 50/60 Hz Current Protection: 3x 16 A Overall Dimensions: 1450 x 660 x 1400 mm The Rex Technologie RKS 85 is a high-performance, automatic sausage twisting and hanging system (longitudinal calibrating), designed as a peripheral device to work directly with vacuum fillers. The 2016 unit represents a key element in automating production processes in medium and large-scale sausage production facilities. The RKS 85 system is responsible for the precise, repeatable portioning of sausage strands into uniform sections (in natural, artificial, or collagen casings), followed by automatic loop forming and precise placement onto hooks—for easy transfer onto smokehouse rods. The machine minimizes the risk of casing breakage and guarantees a constant weight and identical length of each individual sausage. Nodpfx Aney Uchmspewn Key features and benefits: - Precise portion control and calibration: An advanced belt-driven feeding and portioning system gently yet securely grips the filled casing, eliminating air pockets inside the sausage and ensuring an ideal appearance of the final product. - Versatility and quick retooling: The machine efficiently handles a wide range of sausage calibers and lengths (from thin kabanos to traditional grill sausages or frankfurters). Product parameters and assortment can be easily changed via the vacuum filler’s control computer or the machine’s control panel.
