The cycle times for washing, dripping (optionally drying and steam extraction) are set via the “PROCESS TIMER.” The parts are loaded onto the loading rack or loading trolley and pushed into the cleaning chamber. Alternatively, for heavy loads, a conveyor (MIU / AIU) can be installed to transport the parts into the cleaning chamber. The lift door is closed, the machine started, and the wash pump circulates the cleaning fluid through the rotating spray systems onto the items being cleaned. Rotation of the upper and lower spray arms is powered by the reaction force of the reaction nozzle at one end of the spray arm. The rotation speed can be adjusted with a screw on the reaction nozzle. Optionally, motorized rotation and nozzle-equipped spray arms can be specified for the upper spray arm. After the wash phase elapses, a short dripping phase allows used cleaning fluid to return to the wash tank through filter baskets.
