PRODUCT FEATURES
The Maggi MS704 is a multi-spindle drilling machine designed for fast production of customised, non-standard furniture. The MS 704 is a compact machine providing a complete workflow, from drilling carcase panels to assembling tilt fronts or system drawers from any manufacturer.

The machine allows for drilling all types of holes required by various assembly technologies: confirmat screws, dowels, fasteners, guide holes, shelf supports, hinge cups, mounting holes for slides and pneumatic cylinders.

The 740mm wide worktable, without removing the side stops, enables convenient drilling of extra-deep units. The machine features a patented 1500mm fence frame, which allows operation independently of the standard 32mm system. This enables free processing of workpieces up to 3000mm in length.

The new concept of furniture part drilling allows for rapid processing without the need for machine retooling. The fence frame is a permanent fixture of the machine.

In contrast to conventional drilling machines, the main operational axis is perpendicular to the spindle head, not parallel.

The MS 704 is additionally equipped with adjustable pressure beam height, enabling processing of materials up to 200mm thick.

The clamps are powered by independent circuits and have valves allowing one clamp to be switched off for safe processing of smaller workpieces.

The MS 704 comes standard with a drill bit magazine and a complete set of spacers for accurate workpiece positioning on the axis parallel to the spindle head.
