MACHINE EFD 3000

The EFD machine we are offering has a capacity of 2000 mm, but once the MF and HF adaptation boxes are installed, the working stroke should be limited to approximately 1700 mm. It is equipped with a Siemens 840 D CNC, 3 motorized axes (Z, Y 200 mm, C), a double spindle with double tailstock controlled via separate controls, 1 MF box, and 1 HF box.

The machine height is 4400 mm. The maximum workpiece weight on the main spindle is 600 kg. On the double spindle, the maximum weight per part is 50 kg.

The converter uses transistor technology and has a power rating of 300 kW, featuring three frequency ranges: 100 kHz at 200 kW, and 3 kHz/10 kHz at 300 kW.

Process parameter control is integrated into the Siemens 840 D, monitoring: voltage, current, power, MF or HF frequency, quenching flow via analog flowmeter, quenching water temperature via PT 100 probe. A color printer is included. The optional serial connection allows you to avoid double programming both on the CNC and RTM 100.

- 1 C axis for spindle rotation, max part weight 600 kg, max part diameter on spindle 500 mm (depending on inductor)

- 1 hydraulic circuit with analog flowmeter for quenching water
- 1 second hydraulic circuit for quenching water (without flowmeter), with solenoid valve controlled by part program

The wide frequency range (low, medium, and high) provided by a single generator makes this installation highly versatile and rare on the market.
