Opis

The SPECIAL 411 MS MACC is a semi-automatic bandsaw for high-efficiency, precision cutting of solid bars and small profiles. The robust construction provides the necessary rigidity and precision to the cutting assembly. The blade drive features a dual-speed motor, while the special reduction gearbox is equipped with bronze gears and a hardened, ground worm screw. Appropriately dimensioned flywheels and rugged blade guides with sealed bearings and adjustable carbide (Widia) pads ensure durability.

An electromechanical micro-switch control enables blade tensioning via wheel rotation. Safety devices are fitted on the flywheel guard and blade, while a swivel worktable for material support and a quick-approach vise complete the machine.

Operation:
Cutting cycle is started by pressing the start button; the machine:
1. Closes the vise and switches on the blade motor
2. Lowers the saw bow for cutting
3. Returns the bow to start position
4. Stops the blade motor
5. Opens the vise
Manual cutting is also possible.
