A unique device for applying pretreatment solution before textile printing. Thanks to its large application area (40x60 cm), it is particularly suitable for DTG printers such as M2, M3, M4, but also for printers with a smaller print area, e.g., R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

Advantages include not requiring a compressor. The machine is equipped with 4 independent and adjustable nozzles (allowing you to apply the solution only to small areas, e.g., for chest logo prints). Full area spray time for 40x60 cm is 4.5 seconds. Adjustable spray size in 2 cm increments (2–60 cm length). Large, clear LCD display. 5 savable positions/settings for spray area and dosage. High efficiency and productivity.

PRETREATmaker IV
is a top-tier device intended for professional pretreatment application on textiles. It features an advanced electronic system allowing for high performance and simplified operation during the pretreatment process. The intuitive color touchscreen makes it easy to set the length and width of the spray area as well as the volume of pretreatment solution. Each of the four nozzles can be controlled individually.

This allows for precise control of the pretreatment area (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.), resulting in significant pretreatment solution savings compared to manual application with a spray gun. The spray area length can be adjusted in 2 cm increments via the touchscreen. Application volume is adjustable in 10 levels.

The PRETREATmaker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning process (approx. 12 ml/hr consumption), which keeps the nozzles clear and prevents drying or blockage.
