For sale is an as-new demonstration unit with only 72 operating hours. The RWT 1000-1 is a versatile system suitable for both automatic and manual operation. In automatic mode, the workpiece is loaded directly onto one of the two satellites. While Satellite 1 is inside the unit and the component on it is being blasted, Satellite 2, which is positioned outside, can be reloaded. This minimizes downtime during loading and unloading. Inside the blasting chamber, the satellite is driven, ensuring that rotationally symmetric components in particular are perfectly blasted.

For manual blasting operations: There are two hand openings in the side door. Through these, manual blasting – similar to a hand blast cabinet – is possible. Inside the blast chamber, there are two blasting nozzles and two blow-off nozzles. In automatic operation, each nozzle can be selected individually. For manual operation, blasting is simply performed manually using one nozzle.

Automation using a robot would also be possible with minor control system modifications. This would, however, need to be implemented by the customer.

The system has been fully inspected and serviced. The buyer also receives a 1-year warranty, identical to a new machine.

The system can be inspected in Ottobrunn near Munich by arrangement. Sample processing is also possible at any time.
