O.ME.P.S Silo-Trailer----Type: CM 35
Axles and Suspension:
Disc brakes 22.5" SAF axle assemblies, 3x 9t with air suspension; axle spacing is 2 x 1310 mm; lift and lower valve;
Loading pressure gauge mounted on top of the tank; Wabco Smartboard; Wabco tire pressure monitoring;
1st axle liftable without tractor unit control; 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.
Wheels and Tires:
6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, as per manufacturer specification, mounted on Alcoa Ultra One aluminum rims, 11.75x22.5 ET120.
Brake System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO pneumatic brake system with RSS, compliant with standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09, including brake wear indicator connected.
Landing Legs:
Mechanical landing legs with two speeds; 2x 20t support capacity with swiveling base plates.
Electrical System:
All lighting in LED technology; 24-volt electrical wiring including: one 15-pin socket installed before the kingpin plate on the chassis; amber side marker lights in required quantity; rear position lamps, front clearance lamps, rear license plate lights;
Lights compliant with 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE; 2 multi-chamber taillights at the turntable height in aluminum housings per 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE; 2 rotatable LED work lights top left and right on the tank; amber warning beacon at the rear near the hose tubes; 2x reverse lights on the underrun bar; 2x reverse lights at support leg height (each switchable via the power console).
Tank Design:
Horizontally mounted tank made from aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn); single-compartment tank, 35,000 L volume. Tank warranty: 24 months from delivery. Kingpin 2” according to 94/20/CE.
Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel per Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE; wall thickness approx. 5 mm; test pressure 3.0 bar, operating pressure 2.0 bar; operating temperature -40° to +80°C.
Filling Features:
3 manholes DN 450 with swing-up, folding dome covers. Dome covers sealed pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts each. Dome cover supports at top for storage; drip rail closed at front, open at rear.
Material Discharge:

2 discharge cones with synthetic fabric aeration inserts; individual discharge pipes DN 100 merged at rear in steel; 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the pipes; DN 100 ball valve with ring nozzle; remote control for ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge line.
Air Piping:
A 2.5” stainless steel air manifold pipe installed on the operator’s side (RIGHT). Air line routed to the front and up to the end of the silo with check valve and DN 65 connection hose for compressor with Storz-B coupling. The air manifold includes ball valves for aeration, auxiliary air, and aeration system; 2” aeration rear right; PRESSURE LINE INLET REAR RIGHT; auxiliary air connection Storz C on air pipe rear RIGHT; pneumatic outlet with blow gun and spiral hose top walkway near access ladder; 1x vibrator mounted on top of the tank; air line top center on walkway for cleaning with blow gun; air line in lower toolbox for cleaning with blow gun.
