For loading with drying racks holding up to 50 trays, rack area: 100 x 140 cm. External dimensions: approx. 2520 mm wide x 1870 mm deep x 2300 mm high. Usable chamber size: approx. 1700 x 1350 x 1660 mm. Suitable for evaporating small quantities of solvents, approved for paints and solvents up to hazard class A II, compliant with the safety requirements of DIN EN 1539 (max. permitted solvent quantity = 110 g per batch). Equipped with monitoring of the minimum exhaust airflow and the heating system regarding excess temperature. Fixing and drying temperature: up to max. 180°C. Connection: 400V / 50Hz / 21kW. Weight: 1,100 kg. Finish: Body RAL 7035 (light grey), doors RAL 7037 (dust grey).

All-steel construction with efficient thermal insulation, easy loading via easily opened double doors. Fans extract air from the drying chamber, pass it through thermostat-controlled heating coils, and recirculate it at the set temperature. Exhaust and supply air fans remove solvents released during the drying process while simultaneously introducing fresh air into the chamber. Uniform temperature control is achieved through horizontal air circulation within the oven. Required temperature is easily adjustable using actual/set-point thermostats. A safety thermostat provides overheating protection. Suitable for fixing and drying textile inks, flock adhesives, as well as for curing sheet metal and aluminium signs at up to 180°C. – Various drying racks are available for different applications. – As an additional option, we recommend installation of a gas warning system. – Custom paint finish available upon request. Not approved for food drying!
