The Knorr LLK-600-K-3 model is a lifting device (Luftbrettlift) designed for handling paper stacks in a printing plant. It is especially used where jogging, cutting and inter-operational storage are separate processes. The device enables the temporary storage of cut layers on air boards and compensates for cycle time differences between individual production operations.

Operating principle:

After jogging, a single cut layer is manually placed onto an air board located on the lifting platform. The lifting mechanism allows vertical movement of the platform, so that the operator can deposit or withdraw material at an ergonomic working height. The device serves as interim material storage and reduces waiting times between individual workstations.
