General Description:
Complete rollforming line for the production of galvanized steel profiles used in drywall structures and galvanized subframes for doors and windows.
The machine processes galvanized steel coils with typical thicknesses of 0.6 – 1.0 mm, featuring quick-change roller adjustment to suit different profile types.

- Drywall Profiles:
• Galvanized tracks: widths 57 mm and 77 mm, height 35 mm, steel thickness 0.6 mm
• Galvanized studs: 39×55 mm and 39×75 mm, steel thickness 0.6 mm
• U profiles for suspended ceilings: 27×60×27 mm, steel thickness 0.6 mm
• Shadow gap profiles for suspended ceilings: 20×29×28 mm, steel thickness 0.6 mm
- Galvanized subframe profiles 1.0 mm:
• Complete series from ART. 201 to ART. 217, with a variety of geometries for L, U, Z, and special profiles.
• Variable dimensions: widths from 20 to 46 mm, heights from 15 to 31 mm, customizable versions available.
