The DUPLO PFI Blade B2+ is a new compact flatbed plotter with automatic suction feed and unloading via conveyor belt. The unit is designed for short-run jobs involving die-cutting, creasing, and kiss-cutting of stickers. The machine features a multifunctional head equipped with tools: cutting knife, creasing tool, kiss-cutting tool, and oscillating tool for cutting materials up to 6 mm thick. Maximum supported material weight is 400 gsm. Precision is ensured by registration marks and a CCD camera, which enables QR code detection and thus supports automatic job resetting. The machine comes with DPC controller software including a computer, for controlling programmable vacuum zones on the table (3 zones). Programmable oscillating knife for cutting corrugated board.
