Sistem za prepakiranje

Repalletizing system for 0.5l glass bottles, consisting of three machines:
Gsdpfx Aowgc Tmeh Djuh
1. Depalletizer: This unit processes pallets with full modular crates, destacks them, and stacks empty crates for removal.
2. Repacking machine: Here, 20-bottle modular crates are unpacked, 4-pack carrier cartons are unfolded and filled with bottles.
3. Packer/Palettizer: The 4-pack carrier cartons are packed into pinol crates, stacked on pallets, and conveyed out of the system.

Machine (option): Combined repacking machine with palletizing
Output approx.: 200 crates/h
Formats: Bottle crate (400 x 300 mm) on Euro pallet (1200 x 800 mm)
Layer configuration: 2x2 bottles per carton, 2x4 crates, 5 layers per pallet
Conveyor direction: right -> left
Operation/control: local operator panel / Siemens PLC
Position: free-standing
Base frame: square tube construction, bolted to the floor
Equipment: Depalletizing, unpacker, bottle conveyor, crate conveyor, carton erector, packer for bottles into cartons, packer for cartons into pinol crates, palletizing of full crates, pallet infeed and outfeed, safety fencing, control cabinets, operator panel
