The price applies to the complete steel structure, including safety railings on the floors, stairs, and a freight lift. The mezzanine has been dismantled into sections and is ready for transport.

The mezzanine (in the photo) consisted of two floors with a total area of 10,183.3 m².

From the building permit description:

The primary load-bearing structure of the designed mezzanine consists of steel frames in the longitudinal direction, made of steel columns with RK110x3 (1st floor columns), RK120x4 (ground floor columns), and RK140×4 (ground floor columns on axis XII, between axes a-j) cross-sections, rigidly fixed to the substrate (floor slab), and beams with IPE 240 profile. The entire frame structure is designed from S275 steel. The secondary floor beams are thin-walled Sigma 220x65x1.5 (S390 steel) elements with ~68 cm spacing.

Both mezzanine levels are connected by single-flight steel stairs with intermediate landings. The stairs are made of S275 steel, supported at both ends and in the middle of their span at ground floor level by intermediate steel posts.

Across the span of the secondary floor beams (Sigma 220x65x1.5), steel bracing with RO 26.9×2.9 profile is installed halfway along their length.
