Unique device for applying pretreatment liquid prior to textile printing. Thanks to its application area (40 x 60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers such as M2, M3, M4, but can also be used with printers with a smaller print area, for example R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

PRETREATmaker IV

is a high-end device designed for professional application of pretreatment fluids on textiles. It features an advanced electronic system enabling high performance and user-friendly operation during textile pre-treatment. The intuitive full-color touchscreen allows for easy adjustment of spray length and width, as well as precise control of the spray volume. The unit is equipped with four individually controlled nozzles.

This allows precise adjustment of the application area for pretreatment fluids (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother...), resulting in significant savings compared to manual application with pressure/air guns. The spray area length can be regulated in 2 cm increments via the touchscreen. For pretreatment fluid volume, there are 10 adjustable levels available.

The Pre-treat maker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning system (consumption approx. 12 ml per hour) to keep nozzles unclogged and prevent drying out or blockages.
