Opis

The KVK 600 is ideal if you are looking for a mobile solution to wrap your goods, or if you have items that are too large or too heavy for a turntable pallet wrapper. Thanks to its electric steering, the KVK 600 can easily be maneuvered to any corner of your warehouse. Its battery is designed for 8 hours of continuous operation.

The KVK 600 features a power stretch system with up to 300% pre-stretch. This significantly reduces your film consumption, as 1 meter of film on the roll becomes 4 meters on the pallet. Additionally, this system generates only minimal application tension, making it suitable even for wrapping lightweight goods.

The KVK 600 allows you to store up to 10 individual programs, where you can specify, for each step (bottom wraps, wraps during ascent, top wraps, and wraps during descent), how fast and with what film tension they should be applied. This enables you to save custom programs for each packaging scheme and achieve consistently perfect wrapping results. Programs can be password-protected so that the operator can only choose from pre-set programs. Automatic pallet recognition via photocell is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. In addition to a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 600 is also available with a taller mast as well as a set consisting of a swappable battery and external charger.

This model is our recommendation if you want to use your stretch wrapper in a mobile fashion or need to wrap oversized pallets and require absolutely consistent results.

In comparison to the KVK 2 MA, it is equipped with a recess that allows for ground-level loading with a manual pallet truck. The only operations that must still be performed manually on this wrapper are attaching and cutting the film. Weighing 700 kg, this model is also designed for professional use and has a load capacity of up to 1,500 kg. The 1A features a 1,500 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height. Both turntable and film carriage speeds are adjustable, and the very finely adjustable electromagnetic brake is controlled via potentiometer, allowing you to tailor the automated wrapping process perfectly to your product. Automatic pallet detection via photocell comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. Wrapping programs are available for "up only," "up & down" (cross wrapping), and "weatherproof" modes. The machine can also be operated manually if required. If the wrapper needs to be relocated temporarily, it can be easily lifted and moved by forklift via integrated cutouts.
