The KVK 600 is ideal if you are looking for a mobile solution to wrap your goods, or if you have items that are too large or too heavy for a turntable pallet wrapper. Thanks to its electric steering, the KVK 600 can easily be maneuvered to any corner of your warehouse. Its battery is designed for 8 hours of continuous operation.

The KVK 600 features a power stretch system with up to 300% pre-stretch. This significantly reduces your film consumption, as 1 meter of film on the roll becomes 4 meters on the pallet. Additionally, this system generates only minimal application tension, making it suitable even for wrapping lightweight goods.

The KVK 600 allows you to store up to 10 individual programs, where you can specify, for each step (bottom wraps, wraps during ascent, top wraps, and wraps during descent), how fast and with what film tension they should be applied. This enables you to save custom programs for each packaging scheme and achieve consistently perfect wrapping results. Programs can be password-protected so that the operator can only choose from pre-set programs. Automatic pallet recognition via photocell is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. In addition to a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 600 is also available with a taller mast as well as a set consisting of a swappable battery and external charger.

This model is our recommendation if you want to use your stretch wrapper in a mobile fashion or need to wrap oversized pallets and require absolutely consistent results.
