KVK 3

Our KVK 3 is a semi-automatic turntable stretch wrapper equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% film elongation, setting it apart from the KVK 2 (MA).

With the pre-stretch system, you can turn 1 m of film on the roll into up to 3.5 m of film on the pallet, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, the system applies minimal initial tension, ensuring that even lightweight packaged goods are not pulled off the turntable. Only the film attachment and cutting must still be performed manually on this wrapper.

Weighing 700 kg, this model is designed for loads of up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 features a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm high as standard. With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) and adjustable top and bottom wraps are standard features. You also have wrapping programs for “up only”, “up and down” (cross wrapping), and “weatherproof” wrapping. If required, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If you need to move the wrapper to another location, it can be easily lifted and relocated using a forklift, thanks to built-in openings.

Optional accessories for the KVK 3 include a suitable loading ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film. Turntables in different sizes of up to 2,200 mm in diameter as well as higher masts for a maximum wrapping height of up to 3,200 mm are also available.

We recommend this model if you need to wrap very light goods or regularly stretch-wrap more than around 30 pallets per day.
