KVK 3 Slimline

Our KVK 3 Slim Line is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with turntable. It is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% stretch. With the pre-stretch system, you can convert 1 meter of film on the roll into up to 3.5 meters of film on the pallet, greatly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system creates only minimal application tension, so even lightweight goods are not pulled off the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 3 Slim Line features a 1,500 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height. With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric sensor) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wrap cycles.

You have access to programs for “up & down” (cross wrapping) as well as “weatherproof” wrapping. If required, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If you need to relocate the wrapper to a different position temporarily, it can be easily lifted and moved using the integrated forklift cutouts.

Optional accessories include a suitable access ramp and a photoelectric sensor for detecting dark goods or black film.

This model is our clear recommendation if you need to wrap very lightweight goods or if you stretch-wrap more than about 20 pallets per day, provided that the maximum pallet dimensions of 800 x 1,200 x 2,250 mm are not exceeded.
