KVK 2A

Our KVK 2A is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a cut-out for ground-level pallet access. The KVK 2A model is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% film elongation.

Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can generate up to 3.5 meters of film from just 1 meter on the roll, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system creates only minimal film tension, ensuring that even lightweight packages are not pulled off the turntable.

Weighing 700 kg, this model is highly stable and designed for loads up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 2A features a 1,500 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height.

With adjustable speeds for both turntable and film carriage, as well as a power pre-stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. Programs available include “up only”, “up & down” (cross wrapping), and “weatherproof” wrapping. The wrapper can also be operated manually if required.

If you need to operate the wrapper at a different location, it can easily be lifted and relocated by forklift using the integrated forklift pockets.

This model is our recommendation if you need to wrap very light packages or stretch-wrap more than about 30 pallets daily. The KVK 2A is ideal where ramps cannot be used due to space constraints, or when particularly heavy or unstable packages should not be pushed onto the turntable over a ramp.
