Our KVK 2 (MA) is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a turntable that, compared to our entry-level model, features a more robust construction, enhanced equipment, and a wider range of options to tailor it to your specific requirements.

The only manual operation required on this wrapper is attaching and detaching the film.

Weighing 700 kg, this model is designed for loads of up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 2 (MA) comes standard with a 1,650 mm turntable, capable of wrapping pallets up to 2,400 mm in height. With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and the film carriage, and a finely adjustable electromagnetic brake regulated via potentiometer, you can perfectly tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is included, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can select from programs such as "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrap), or "rainproof" wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if needed.

If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved by forklift using the integrated cut-outs.

Optional equipment includes suitable access ramps and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film. The KVK 2 MA is also available with turntables up to 2,200 mm in diameter and higher masts for wrapping heights up to 3,200 mm.

We recommend this stretch wrapper for professional use, ideally for around 15–20 pallets per day. It is especially suitable where precise and rapid brake adjustment is required, such as with very light goods or frequently changing pallet types.
