KVK 1S

Our KVK 1S is a cost-effective, semi-automatic stretch wrapper. In contrast to our KVK 1S Economic model, this version is equipped with more powerful motors and a reinforced turntable.

The KVK 1S features a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm in height. The only manual operations required are attaching and cutting the film during the wrapping process.

Both the turntable and film carriage speeds, as well as the brake tension, are adjustable. Automatic pallet detection via photocell comes as standard, along with adjustable top and bottom wrapping cycles. You can choose from various programs: 'up only', 'up & down' (cross wrapping), or 'waterproof wrapping'. Manual operation is also possible for greater flexibility.

If the stretch wrapper needs to be relocated within your facility, integrated cutouts allow easy lifting and transport by forklift.

Additional options for this stretch wrapper include a suitable access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packages or black film.

The KVK 1S is our recommendation if you are looking for a robust pallet wrapper that makes your workflow easier while keeping your investment minimal. It is ideal for shippers who handle approximately 5–15 pallets per working day on average.
