A high-performance wide belt sander designed for processing wood-based panels, solid wood, plastics, and metal. Suitable for both rough and fine sanding operations, it ensures excellent surface quality and delivers stable, repeatable results.

The machine is equipped with two independently controlled sanding belt units, allowing the simultaneous use of two different grit types. Each sanding belt features individual speed adjustment to effectively prevent scratching, overheating, and abrasive clogging.

The conveyor table, in combination with precise height adjustment, enables the sanding of materials up to 100 mm thick. Material thickness adjustment is performed via a control panel with digital display, ensuring high accuracy and user-friendly operation.

Each sanding drum comes with stepless speed adjustment via frequency inverter and sensors for belt tracking control. These systems prevent lateral belt drift and automatically stop the machine in case of deviation, protecting both the machine and the workpiece.

The sander is fitted with a central extraction system and can be connected to industrial extraction units or vacuum systems via Ø100 mm extraction ports. Additionally, each sanding belt features a pneumatic belt cleaning system that continuously removes sanding dust during operation.

Changing sanding belts is quick and easy – by releasing a single tensioning device, the belt can be removed. The machine is compatible with standard sanding belts joined with adhesive tape; no special or proprietary abrasives are required.
