Suitable for shredding all types of residual wood and pallet offcuts.

Pallets must be pre-cut with a jigsaw or chainsaw so that they fit upright into the hopper—see image 2. Ideally, dimensions of approx. 40x20x20 cm allow the wood to lie flat on the ram base, which is the most efficient way for the machine to process it.

A hydraulically driven ram at the bottom of the shredder pushes the wood against the rotor, with the pressure adjusted according to load. Material is shredded until it passes through the screen basket.

Throughput up to 200 kg per hour (*depending on screen size and material preparation).

*Discharge conveyor and overband magnet available at additional cost.
