- Complete disassembly of the press, cleaning, and technical inspection
- Removal of shaft, crack testing, new seals and V-belts
- New paint finish: Light Grey RAL 7035 / Enzian Blue RAL 5010
- BEKA lubrication unit + new lubrication lines
- New front cover
- New control cabinet with ABB safety control and touch display
Operation via touchscreen mounted on the front of the control cabinet,
Positioning of the control cabinet (cable length) as agreed with the end customer,
Standard 0.8-1.0 m beside the machine, incl. new wiring of the press
- Foot switch
- Two-hand operation
- Current accident prevention inspection (UVV) with braking time measurement

After modernization, the machine is approved for manual loading operations at open tooling.
