Fully functional CNC sheet metal rolling machine, suitable for rolling thin materials up to 0.5 mm sheet (250 N/mm2).
Particularly suited for rolling aluminum sheets.
Previously used for manufacturing lampshades.

Machine description from Luna:
"The 8835 is a roll bending machine designed for the production of small radius fins and reflectors, meeting the requirements of the latest small-diameter fluorescent tubes. The machine is equipped with three independently driven lower rolls to minimize production time. All rolls run in adjustable bearings, allowing easy roll adjustment for materials of varying hardness and thickness. The deflection of the upper roll is compensated for by a cross-bar that tilts back to allow space for the rolled workpiece.

All rolls are hardened and chrome-plated with polished surfaces to prevent marking. The control system allows programming for constant radius parts and parabolic shapes. Memory for up to 100 programs."
